Reproducible: Always

* - I search for a document in my inbox that only returns a single match
* - I delete that document and I get the error message "server error: entry not found in index"
* - I click OK and the message returns (twice more)
* - The document is deleted as expected
* - I click "Clear Results" and I get the message 1 more time
* - This is only when I get a single match for my search criteria, if I get 3 matches and try to delete one at a time, the first two deletes will work OK but the final delete behaves as above.

Client is 8.5.1, Server is 8.5.1, OS is i5/OS (V5R4M0)
